SHEPPO S.R.L. collects and processes personal data only for specified purposes connected
with responding to enquiries, fulfilling contractual obligations, administration of rental

Legal basis for processing

entering into a contract, to perform a rental contract, to comply with legal obligations, and

motorcycle rental agreements. To rent a motorcycle, we will request the following

In order to conclude a rental agreement, provision of the required personal data is
mandatory. Refusal to provide the necessary information may make it impossible to enter
into a contract or provide services.
Data recipients
Information collected is used solely by SHEPPO S.R.L. and may be communicated where
necessary to competent entities in accordance with applicable law, including insurance
providers, payment processors, website or email hosting providers, IT service providers, or
public authorities.
Payment processing
Where online payment is used, card information is entered directly into secure payment
processing systems. SHEPPO S.R.L. does not store card data on its own systems.
International processing
As a general rule, personal data is processed within the European Union. Where vehicles
are used across EU Member States, personal data may be shared with competent
authorities where legally required in relation to regulatory or liability matters.
Data retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond and manage follow-up
communication. Rental agreements, invoicing records, and related documentation are
retained for the period required by applicable law, accounting standards, insurance
requirements, and contractual defence. After this period, data is securely deleted or
anonymised.
Data accuracy
If any personal data held by us is inaccurate, please notify us so that corrections can be
made.
Data subject rights
Under GDPR, individuals have the right to request access to their data, rectification, deletion
where applicable, restriction of processing, or to lodge a complaint with the Italian

Acceptance
Submitting an enquiry, entering into a rental agreement, or making a booking via this website
