Special weekend-rate bookings can only be made during the same calendar week as the hire.
Collection must be Friday afternoon (14:00–16:00) and return must be Monday morning (10:00–12:00).

Booking & Cancellation Policy - SHEPPO S.R.L.
Operating under the trading name “T66”
This policy defines booking confirmation, payment requirements, cancellations, and operational handling of reservations for motorcycle rental services provided by SHEPPO S.R.L. (“the Company”), operating under the brand name “T66”.
All rentals remain governed by the Terms & Conditions issued by SHEPPO S.R.L. In the event of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only when accepted in writing by the Company and when the required booking deposit has been received. Until confirmation is issued, availability is not guaranteed.
Booking Deposit
A booking deposit equal to 30% of the total rental fee is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to motorcycle release in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
The booking deposit forms part of the rental price and is distinct from the security deposit required at collection.
Security Deposit
A separate security deposit is required prior to motorcycle release as a payment authorisation against contractual liabilities.
Security deposits are held as follows:
• Card pre-authorisation where supported by the payment processor
• Bank transfer prior to collection where card authorisation is not used
Security deposit levels are defined in the pricing framework and vary by motorcycle category and optional protection selected.
The security deposit is not a limitation of liability and additional recovery may occur where contractual exposure exceeds the authorised amount.
Operator Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking due to operational, safety, mechanical, loss, damage, regulatory, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, including unavailability of a reserved motorcycle.
Where cancellation occurs, all monies paid will be refunded in full. The Company shall have no obligation to provide substitute equipment, cover consequential costs, or provide compensation beyond refund of amounts paid.
Where operationally feasible, the Company may offer an alternative motorcycle or revised dates at its sole discretion. Acceptance of such alternatives remains optional for the renter.
Customer Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. The booking deposit is treated as follows:

Cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to rental start
100% of booking deposit refunded -
Cancellation within 6 weeks but more than 4 weeks prior
75% refunded -
Cancellation within 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior
50% refunded -
Cancellation within 2 weeks of rental commencement
No refund
“Within 2 weeks” means the period beginning 14 calendar days before the scheduled rental
start date.
Failure to Collect
Failure to collect the motorcycle at the agreed time without prior written notification will be treated as a cancellation within 2 weeks and the booking deposit will be retained in full. Where the renter provides no notice whatsoever of non-collection, the renter remains liable for the full rental fee in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. In such circumstances the Company may release the reserved motorcycle for alternative rental from the following day and it will no longer be held available. Any subsequent request to proceed with the original booking will be treated as a new reservation subject to availability and pricing at that time.
Weather Conditions
Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or reduction of rental fees. Riding decisions and route planning remain the responsibility of the renter. All booking changes remain subject to the cancellation provisions defined in this policy and the governing Terms & Conditions.
Where the Company determines that weather conditions prevent safe release of motorcycles, collection may be delayed or the rental rescheduled without penalty to the renter.
